Chinese-American (I've never had authentic Chinese). Put me on that buffet for 3 meals a day.

I haven't even tried Korean yet, but I hear good things about it. Same with Brazilian. Nor have I tried anything African.

If you find bibim-bap, you've found a Korean restaurant that's probably good, and you've found a dish that is one of my favorite things in the world (and I'm not Korean).
