If you could eat whatever you wanted what would a typical day look like?

Like a cardiologist's next year's worth of Ferrari payments.

Just roll a buffet into my kitchen and fill it with:

* Everything grass fed and organic

Main Courses:

Lobster
King Crab Legs
Filet Mignon
Sushi
A few Indian Dishes like goat curry
Thai coconut curry dishes
Lamb Chops heavily spiced and blackened
Some fresh Vietnamese dishes with shredded meats and fresh veggies and herbs

Sides:

Caramelized onions with sautéed mushrooms
A bin full of crispy bacon
Goat cheese
Fresh taboule salad
Fresh Italian bread with a crisp crust, but ultra soft and warm inside with nooks and crannies

Sauces and toppings:

Cholula hot sauce, large bottle
Lots of sautéed garlic
Lots of grass fed butter
A buttery melted white cheese sauce

Dessert:

Pecan pie
Lemon chess pie
something with peanut butter and chocolate
Coconut ice cream

I will happily graze on this buffet all day long

Breakfast: Homemade biscuits, smoked sausage, scrambled eggs with diced onion, pepper and tomato, and hashbrowns with cheese.

Snack: Fresh mixed fruit

Lunch: Ribeye steak with a peppery white cream sauce, mushrooms and shrimp on top, a loaded baked potato with butter, bacon bits and cheese, and steamed broccoli with cheese sauce.

Snack: Crackers with wedges of cheese and ham, turkey and pepperoni, with a side of fresh fruit.

Dinner: Country fried steak with white gravy, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, green beans.

There's one trend here...I love cheese.

Oh yeah, and dessert...German chocolate cake with tons of frosting and a little bit of vanilla ice cream.

I like the bin of bacon idea. Haven't had bacon in so long because of the gas stove and oven but I'd definitely have good chewy thick flavorful salty bacon as a snack.
