What's for Dinner Tonight? ~ 2016 (organic, bbq, freezing, shrimp)

We are off to one of those huge holiday light displays tonight. So just a quick supper of hot dogs and carrot sticks before we go.

Tortellini/spinach/mushrooms came out awesome! DH told me to, "write it down quick, before you forget how you made it". LOL
My poor little lamb chop didn't fare so well. I was trying to get the fat nice and charred and still get a medium-rare chop. It got a little too done for me.

Tonight's menu is sweet and sour pork, shrimp fried rice, and shrimp egg rolls. A little ambitious for a work night. I'll see how it goes when I get home from work.

Tonight we're having Jamaican curry shrimp, steamed clams in a creamy ale sauce, roasted asparagus tips and apple crisp for dessert.

We're going to a little "hole in the wall" Korean restaurant. Wife is having Bulgogi, and I'm having Ojingeo-bokkeum (stir-fried squid). Now, let me tell you about a spicy dish...

Spaghetti and meatballs with garlic bread. It is so cold here I can't stand it.
