Uncle O has requested pork chops and scalloped potatoes, so that's what he is going to get. Whether or not he will remember it or still want it when it's ready is anyone's guess. It's hard watching someone you love disappear right in front of you. Alzheimer's sucks! I place the chops right on top the potatoes and onions before pouring the cream all over all and baking. Easy and delicious!

That has got to be so hard for you. {{{{{Hugs}}}}}

I have a couple of boneless pork country ribs left from making the S&S pork the other night. We'll have BBQ ribs, baked beans, oyster stuffing, and corn.

Gino's East frozen pizza. I am not a big fan of frozen pizza, but this is actually quite decent. I am working all weekend and not looking forward to whatever frozen mess tomorrow morning brings. Stay warm everyone!!
