Tonight egg in Dijon mustard sauce with salt potatoes and served with baby spinach /tomato salad.To drink sour lemon water. For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.

Mushroom marsala pasta bake but I'm going to make some turkey meatballs to have with it. Hubby is a huge mushroom fan and loves this dish. Probably steamed broccoli on the side.

It's a sandwich night for us too. We are having buffalo chicken meatball sliders; cheddar mashed potatoes with bacon and scallions; a strawberry and spinach salad and a bottle Veuve.
