Tonight I will make pizza. What I mean by making pizza is I bought crust, sauce, cheese and toppings and will assemble them. I will make a pepperoni pizza and a salami and artichoke pizza.

Hubby's birthday today, so it will involve steak and salad, for sure. I don't have time to make a cake today, so I'll buy a small one at Publix. There's a Martha Stewart version of roasted potatoes I might try, and maybe do some shrimp cocktail.

That's true!

I'm having a leftover pork chop and broccoli salad again today. The broccoli salad came from WalMart's deli department. I was pleasantly surprised.
