Your dinner sounds really delicious. We get together with family so I'm not sure what all will be served, yet....most likely ham will be the main dish with lots of different sides, veggies and, of course, deviled eggs.

I'm doing a stuffed pork roast, lamb cutlets, grits with mushroom sauce, Easter bunny bread, roasted veggies with shallots and hazelnuts, coconut cake trifle and white sangria (putting on the dog for my father in-law and my parents).

The two staples Lamb & Ham. But I love our Friday tradition, we are not allowed to "light a fire" or cook on Good Friday so Holy Thursday night we fry fish and make hot cross buns and that is all we eat on Good Friday. I love everything about Easter especially flying the kites after church on Sunday.

All-you-can-eat buffet somewhere. We're not really traditional about Easter.

If I had a choice I would join you, especially knowing what kind of a buffet you will be having if you go to one of the Penn Dutch ones.

Our granddaughters will be here, one lives only about 70 miles away, the other comes from OKC. She, hubby and 2 girls will be arrive Fri night at our daughters. Sat night we are having them to our house. I am simply serving Spaghetti with sausage and a green salad. I will buy frozen meat balls (against my will) because our 6 yr old ggranddaughter won't eat the sausage or home made meat balls.

On Easter we will all be at daughters; we will have more of a brunch cause the kids have to drive back. We will have ham, a couple of salads and rolls, plus a few appitizers and wine, beer and mimosas...

Oh, I forgot, we are also celebrating our younger ggranddaughters first birthday so we will have cake at our house, after the spaghet
