A friend gifted us with some wonderfully flavorful medium rare Prime Rib with Potatoes and Carrots.

It was delish and even better because I didn't have to cook it.

3 medium chicken-thighs, 1/3 of a clove of garlic and 1 serrano-pepper..........thrown into a pot with some water, cooked and then eaten.

The thighs were kinda gamey/fermented.....did this because the Hipsters say it will help my gut-bacteria!
