Tonight Connor and Leo made a big fall vegetable curry - butter nut squash, pumpkin seeds, red onions, carrots, brocolli, cauliflower and Naan bread with Basmati rice.

I think younger people have a higher tollerance for spices than people my age.

Stone IPA

Ginger Icecream or Green tea icecream.

Went out to BJ's Brewhouse today. Had a $10.00 off coupon . I had the grilled salmon with light lemon butter sauce, tender broccoli, and rice. Ice water.

DH did baked ziti, flight of beers and ice water.

It's finally turned into fall here. Last night I made a homemade chicken pot pie topped with mashed potatoes. Tonight will be pan-seared sockeye salmon filets and roasted asparagus, pears for dessert.

I just put some steak tips in a marinade. Tonight we will grill those up. I haven't had whipped sweet potatoes in forever so I will make those and roasted beets for sides.

Edit: I just realized I have all the ingredients to make an apple cider bundt cake. I think I will go make that now so we can have it for dessert tonight.
