I made split pea soup for the oldsters, and we had some, too. Tonight is going to be a "windows open" night Chez Emeraldmaiden!

Went to movies last night so grabbed a bite, split an order of bison/boar burger with fries and onion rings, and deep fried tofu. Tonight we will do the veggie tofu stirfry.

Bought a large salmon filet from BJ's today and oven roasted it with Trader Joe's gold mustard barbecue sauce mixed with maple syrup. It was really good! Had a half of a roasted sweet potato and a small green salad. Added a sweetened dried orange slice and a cup of tea for dessert.

Take out from a local BBQ place - ribs and burnt end dinner, side salads with blue cheese, mac and cheese and baked beans.

We stopped at Halal Guys and got a gyro and falafel sandwiches plus french fries.
