Default Do you mostly have the same breakfast?

I'm reading a book about habits (Good Habits, Bad Habits) that claims that:
-breakfast is consistently the healthiest meal
-there's almost no variation in nutritional content from day to day
-you eat mostly the same breakfast from day to day

I sure don't.

I don't know about it being inherently healthy or not but most breakfast foods lend themselves to routine - I can switch among a couple or three breakfast cereals and not be bored...people eat the same eggs and bacon every day and never get tired of it, etc. Not sure why, but people don't switch up breakfast nearly as much as they do their evening meal.

My dad used to say, "Ola Dilt, Ola Dalt, Ola spekesild og salt." Not sure if I spelled that right. Nonsense rhyme that he said translated, "Ole eats sil and salt." (It certainly doesn't according to my computer translator!)

Springs rolls turned out very well. Froze very well and came out of the air fryer in under 3 minutes. A keeper!

Default Why you can eat chocolate without water?

or other form of liquid

Is it because most chocolate (chocolate bar) contains 50% saturated fat?

Thanks.

I can eat most things without water, or any other beverage.

That's right. In fact, I cannot think of any normal food item that I can't eat without water. I don't drink anything with my meals.
