I have not seen any fresh cranberries in the stores here. Is there a scarcity everywhere?

I just heard that there is such a thing as tomato powder. I just ordered some from Amazon. I imagine that I will use it often.....like when I need 1 T of tomato paste and need to open a whole can.

It’s sad how little it takes to thrill me these days.

Someone stole my package that contained my air fryer oven. I’m so mad.

I got an excellent deal on a Boston butt (97c/lb), and I'm trying a new recipe today. I don't know if I can stay in the house because the smell of the roast is driving me kookoo. It has lots of crushed garlic, ginger, paprika, black pepper, brown sugar, sea salt, and orange juice. It said to use a can of your favorite beer too. I didn't have any beer and I'm not going to buy a pack just for one can or bottle. But I had a bottle of ginger beer left over from a party so I figured it wouldn't hurt. I didn't realize ginger beer is a soft drink, I thought it was beer with ginger in, haha! I wonder who brought that "booze" to my last byob.

If the recipe has brown sugar and orange juice in it, I can't imagine a ginger soft drink would hurt it! Balance with salt and a little citrus if necessary.

My fork and I will be right over!

Today, I visited the newly opened Costco. They had Wagu beef steaks for $99. per lb. I’m curious, but not that curious.

I have a huge pizza pan of cinnamon rolls with drunk raisins and candied walnuts waiting for a drizzle of cream cheese frosting. SO requested it. So be it.

Default Thanksgiving laugh!

Sorry for those of you have seen this before, but it's still as funny as it was the first time I saw it!
