Ahhhh...Greece You must go to Santorini. It is THE most beautiful location in the world. The natural beauty will make you....

MBW, I'm jealous, your night out sounded wonderful My rule of thumb eating out is that I order items that I do not or cannot cook at home.

The bag of popcorn for dinner was a good idea at the time by when 10 o'clock rolled around and I was watching the Food Network (yes I was watching food porn in bed!) I started to get really hungry. I resisted the urge to raid the refrigerator for a snack. However, I think I had food dreams last night because I woke up full

I got Jax email and I just had to stop in and let you know I was alive and well..... basement finally dried out we are just waiting for the plumber to finish. It kind of consumed he week with people coming and going..... But I am alive... breathing... doing well and everything is going fine.... we are just INSANE and got another dog! LOL..... I will be back I promise!!!! I love how much you care about me.... thank you so much it makes me feel so special! glad to know I was missed..... I will keep you updated and I will post a pic soon......

I second that advice! Go ahead and get him POUNDS of coffee too. Hmmm...maybe you can slip sleeping pills in the coffee? He might be too wound up for other late night activities

Glad you're okay and are not locked up from killing the contractor that caused the mess.

skbs: don't do that to us again. Pippi Longstockings or not! Cute! I'm with lacey & George, our "furry white child" is 5 and is still a "puppy". You have enough on your plate--kid #3 when the hrs. in your day are 48 hrs. instead of 24. I too had kid #3 and when she turned 13 I told her (in not so much of a quiet voice), "I hope you have 2 exactly like you!!" The twin girls will be 8 tomorrow! There really is a God & I am 500 mi. away. I planned that right.

Hubby is home, white furry dog is happy, dad picked up all his shirts that she pulled off the chair last night and dragged to her cushion because he worked late and she was just mad. It will be a relaxing day today. I think I will grill half a chicken, with some roasted potatoes & salad.

Have a wonderful Sunday everyone, I will check in later.

this is just too funny! love the story and the graphics---looks like the girl that was hungry in the old accu-trim commercial---sitting at the dinner table
w/ an entire leg of lamb or a whole ham in hand.

my early supper idea comes from bkworms post. preparing frittatas, making fresh gaspacho, fried cheese bread, homemade caramel pie. margutis, bloody maria's, and lemon water w/ soda.

Ah Kelsie-that's so true-being a distance is sometimes good.

Denise-just got him home after my lessons in bandage changing. Ugh.

It's a beautiful cool 60 so the soup I made was a good choice.

Supper is on the agenda. That much I know. We've been picking through the freezer trying to empty it out before starting fresh. If there is any yellow rice left in the house that can be used either with chicken or pork....I know we have hot dogs and makings for BLT's....I think I'll sit on the side lines and let wife have her pick. I got what I wanted yesterday for supper so I'll go with whatever she decides.
