Women in the south are gorgeous and I also see a lot of good looking guys in the south. For the least attractive, maybe the Northeast and some the bigger cities on the upper west coast.
However I have to admit that PA/NJ/NY women are also my favorite, something about that region of the country, their attitude/style have always attracted me
You are as attractive as you dress. You can go from a slob to a starlet just by changing clothes. I thing the south was the last bastion of "dressing to look nice". I'd say, maybe New Orleans.
I can only comment from watching sporting events and the little bit of travel I do in the united states but I would say Texas and LA have some amazing looking women at the rangers and dodgers games, especially alot of hispanic and occasionally asian women. Florida and Arizona are up there i am sure., anywhere there is sun seems to attract attractive people
LA, Miami , and Charleston SC and southern cities always seem inevitably to end up on these lists

Yeah i'm gay and love Latin men so for me, any city with a high latino penetration will involve more eye candy for me, but this is all pretty subjective based on who one finds attractive.
