I quit smoking about ten years ago. But if I'm alone in a casino as in wifey is not there, I'd probably light one up.

If smoking is legal, bar and restaurant owners should be allowed to make that choice. There's not a law against a non-smoking bar is there?

Right. And if you've been to a smoking bar in recent times, you would know that it's more of a niche thing and people go in there because they want to smoke or they don't care about being around smoke. The free market allows everyone to get what they want.
