In Medford, Oregon my plate sightings tend to be:
1. OR
2. CA
3. WA
4. BC
Those are the top 4 I notice. You'd think there'd be more Nevada or Idaho plates, but I've never seen any. I see more BC plates than those. In addition to those four there is occasionally a one-time-only sighting of a random far away place plate.
A lot of Alabama and Kentucky...then Georgia, Ohio, Mississippi, Indiana, California, North Carolina, Michigan, Florida (not necessarily in that order)...occasionally South Carolina, Virginia, Texas, New York.
Besides local the ones I feel I see the most in Florida are Georgia, North Carolina, New York, New Jersey, Pittsburgh, Ohio, Ontario but you really can see plates from all over. I've seen plates in the actual plate spot not on the front from Alaska. The only one I'm not sure I've ever encountered is Hawaii.
I live outside an Army Base so we get a good mix. The one that makes me chuckle is Veteran Tags, the majority of the population is either in the Army or retired from it, what's the point. next to that would be Sonora Tags
