Besides local the ones I feel I see the most in Florida are Georgia, North Carolina, New York, New Jersey, Pittsburgh, Ohio, Ontario but you really can see plates from all over. I've seen plates in the actual plate spot not on the front from Alaska. The only one I'm not sure I've ever encountered is Hawaii.
When I was younger and we took family 1-2 day trips to Disney, Universal, or Busch Gardens we used to keep track of all of the license plates we saw. Usually between 30-42 plates between Jacksonville and Orlando or Jax and Tampa, and yes, we even saw Hawaii. I've seen Hawaii here in Atlanta, too.
I notice more Midwestern states along I-75 and more northeastern states/Quebec and Ontario on I-95 corridor. Of course in Florida, there are so many people from everywhere.
Around here, i'd say Ontario, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Ohio, Quebec, Vermont, New Hampshire and occasionally Maryland, Virginia and Michigan. A lot of it has to do with the colleges in the area, as well as some military folks and the location of the area.
