2. Ohio
3. New York
4. Maryland
5. New Jersey
6. Virginia
7. Illinois
8. Michigan
9. Massachusetts
10. North Carolina

Occasionally you'll see license plates from Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky and Ontario.

"Foreign" license plates I see in Athens/Atlanta

1. South Carolina
2. North Carolina
3. Alabama
4. Florida
5. Tennessee
6. Virginia
7. Louisiana
8. Kentucky
9. Michigan
10. Ohio

Occasionally you'll see license plates from Illinois, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Texas.

You see WV, but never California??? Cali definitely needs to be in the top 10, don't know how you miss it.

Driving to work today I saw like 8 Michigan (do truckers count?), a couple NY, a PA, and two Floridas... Lol. Floridans, what attracts you to this cold desolate land, especially in the winter!?

New Hampshire (95 and 93 are half NH plates during commuter hours)
New York & New Jersey
Maine
RI & Connecticut
Pennsylvania
Quebec

In the summer
lots of Florida, Quebec, and New York
