I live in Maryland not far from Andrews Air Force Base. Consequently many plates from ALASKA, occasionally North Dakota. I can't understand why so many Oregon plates?, as there are no military bases there. A great many plates from North Carolina, where many Maryland African-Americans have roots. Almost never see any of the funny miniature plates from Delaware, although Delaware is nearby.
In Indianapolis I see a lot of Ohio plates. After Ohio, some Illinois and Kentucky, occasional Michigan and Missouri plates. Ohio is by a wide margin the non-local plate I see most often.
Side note, North Carolina drivers cannot drive lol
They drive like their still in the southern backwoods of Rocky Mount, NC.
