Have you actually ever been to St George Utah?
I'll take Salinas, UT in the Summer and St George in the Winter.
That'd be ok.

I've lived urban, suburban and rural. The ideal for me is a single family home in a typical pre WW2 streetcar suburb. Fairly high density with the essentials within walking distance. I love cars and driving but I don't like cityscapes built around the them.

I prefer Urban.

I live in a neighborhood where I can walk to a: grocery store, ice cream shop, movie theater, post office, hardware store, library, florist, pharmacy, dentist, eye doctor, general practitioner doctor, hospital, numerous restaurants, three bars, bank, jeweler, wine store, zoo.

I could never do that living in a Suburb. I hate the Suburban aesthetic, or the lack of aesthetic in my view.
