i didn't read this thread, but whoever thinks barack obama is a muslim needs to do to go to the denstist and read a book while you wait.

Personally, I hdon't think he's Muslim. I wondered, when I initially heard the question raised, but there just didn't seem to be much evidence to that effect.

Even so, there have been legitimate reasons for people to wonder - kind of like the question regarding his citizenship because of his place of birth.


I think the problem is that, when reasonable explanations and answers have been given, some people aren't willing to accept them and move on.

And what if he is a muslim? How would that be any different to being christian?

In light of the country's view of Muslims - right or wrong - it would have kept him from being elected.

I didn't vote for Obama. I can't support his abortion stance, nor do I think his economic policies are going to work.

But that doesn't mean I have to be an idiot about him being President.
