Everything is for sale and probably everyone has a price, at some point. So why not sell religion? It's the American way after all...isn't it?

I've always thought so.

I need to raise some cash. I just may take L. Ron Hubbard's advice.

If you could design the perfect religion that would attract millions of followers (and millions of $$$), what would it look like?

It would have to have an iPhone app of course.....

Churches are not taxed because they are non profit. But I guarantee you, if a pastor makes a million, he's paying taxes on it.

The congregation of the church is paying his salary. They probably happen to be taxpayers as well.

Default you give them money, so they are rich

why not, if you're so stupid to go to the church and listen to somebody, speaking and , then give him money, don't complain they are wealthy.
you are in a country where church is growing faster than mushroom just after the rain
