I have zero problem with another new Mexican restaurant. It tells me the American Dream is still alive and still very accessible to anyone willing to take a gamble and apply some sweat. These are folks who are not living in grandmother's basement while shouting about how unfair America is. God bless them.
Bojangles' #594, 112 West Wade Hampton Boulevard, Greer, South Carolina 29650-1650
Beware of Bonjangles' #594. Its drive thru takes seven minutes to present overburnt food in the drive thru. The location needs to learn how to operate an efficient drive thru.
Who the heck is going to wait an hour to eat food warmed up in a microwave?
Aren't you thinking of Applebees? And have you not seen how people here in the Upstate react when a new restaurant opens? Cheesecake Factory had a 2 hour wait for 6 months when they first opened. I'd guess that a restaurant starved area like WH in Greer will see massive waiting times for Chili's, heck did you not see what was going on at Popeyes?

I don't think there is a whole lot of difference between Chilli's and Applebee's - they are pretty much the same crap with a different logo.

We'll have to agree to disagree, Chili's is a major step up from Applebees. But my point still stands that it'll be packed for the first several months.
Yeah, I'll take Chili's any day over Applebees. As with most greer residents we're just excited to see restaurants opening up. If only other investors would realize that the WHB corridor would be awesome for them to open restaurants instead of Woodruff road...
