This will be the largest Apple Store in the Carolinas when complete. It will be 127 square feet larger than the Greensboro store which is currently the largest in the Carolinas at 5,873 square feet. I'm not sure how big the Georgia stores are and whether this will be bigger than all of those too.

So Apple will be in the old Children's Place space? Isn't this right across from Pottery Barn?

I'm not a big fan of Mac but I expect it to be busy just out of pure curiosity. This store may not make much money I think.

Oh, you'd be suprised how much money an Apple Store does make.

Apple does a great deal of market research in planning new stores. As I'm sure you are aware, getting an Apple store is a big deal for a city, as they are very selective. If Apple puts a store in a location, you can bet they are very confident it will do good business. Greenville's will be no exception.

Apple has had poor judgment in the past. But I do hope it pans out well.
