I know it's not that "new" (since feb/march) but I've been frequenting Methodical coffee for the past several months and it's probably my new favorite hangout spot in Greenville. The cold coffee is absolutely fantastic (probably my favorite cold or iced coffee in Greenville) and the design and decor is very tasteful. To top it off, i'm a bit of a music fanatic and the music selection played there is very good and varied.
Oh.. Something is going into the old Polar Express in Simpsonville.. Noticed while I was over at the Verizon store yesterday that there was construction going on inside it.
hopefully not another ice cream/yogurt place.. At some point you have to try something different there.
