What about CCF though? Why has Simon and the mall not officially announced it?
I think the official announcement would be made after Panera Bread relocates to its freestanding location and Cheesecake Factory signs on to fill the upcoming vacancy.
Yes, I believe you could be right. Yet, my children can tell that Bojangles chicken is indeed spicy and hot even without the addition of the delicious hot sauce.
Bojangle's chicken still has a bit of a kick to it, but not as spicy as it used to be. Popeyes chicken is spicier, and they give you a choice of spicy or mild. And also they do not upcharge for a breast.
I wondered about that myself. I looked today, but couldn't see anything except the permit box.
Looks like the owner of the property is Palms Dentistry 225 LLC, so Im guessing something with that....which is just what we need another drive-thru dentist office.
Does anyone know what is being built beside the old Blockbuster on 123 in Easley? There was a gas station there, but they demolished the building and took the tanks up. Construction has started on a new building.
The new Hamrick's across the street seems to be doing well. The Goodyear tire in front of Wal-mart should be opening soon if it hasn't already.

Someone wrote in another thread that it is going to be a Cookout fast food restaurant.
