Tropical Grille's exterior looks to be finished, but it also looks like they're either moving equipment in, or getting rid of the equipment from J.L. Topper's. All of the signage is now up though.
Side note: What is with salons popping up everywhere?

Salon and Spa Suites seem like a huge trend now. Guess leasing those is a way to own your own business in high traffic centers without huge costs. There is one in the Old Time Pottery center on Laurens and one next to Christmas Tree Shops on Woodruff I have noticed.

Back to Crabby's Cajun.. They actually have a billboard up on 385. UpstateJohn can help me confirm the exact location, perhaps.. But I'm pretty sure it's between Exit 19 and 22. One of the 'double billboards' there heading NB just a mile or so past exit 19.

Only one I can think of at the moment is at 19NB on ramp from 14. I dont normally travel 385 unless I drive my Mustang to work, and its been sitting for a week with a dead battery.
A supermarket with a pharmacy in the Pelham-Batesville trade area would fill grocery and pharmacy deserts. If Pelham Place is to have another supermarket, the supermarket would prefer to build its own store after existing leases terminate and existing buildings are demolished.
Has anyone tried their bagels yet?? Someone said they were wonderful. I'll have to find out for myself but would love others opinions. Seems they just opened.
I tried them and they were great. I don't have any New Jersey bagel expertise, but I've had many in New York and am always happy to see someone making really good bagels down here!

The parking lot has been packed every morning, especially yesterday. Must be good.
Anybody know the status of First Watch on Harrison Bridge Road in Simpsonville? Seems to be taking quite a long time for them to remodel the old Panera Bread location.
