Meanwhile Abbott is attacking the homeless in Austin. The property tax reform was a gimmick and now if you end up on the street, you might end up with a criminal record for existing! He was probably mad at having to see how GOP policies affect commoners negatively and needed to cover-up the homeless problem to seduce companies to relocate to Texas. This is very similar to the previous Philippine president obscuring any view of the slums with temporary murals along the route from the Manila airport for hosting the ASEAN conference.
