Back home in New Orleans we like to brag that our gas station food is better than most restaurants in the rest of the country

On Thursday I had minor surgery at Madison Hospital, and sometime after that I seem to remember one of the nurses, or maybe it was the anesthesia working, but I came home thinking that a fast food place was starting construction on County Line.

Where at? The only construction I know of is the Last Resort gun shop and shooting range beside Wingzilla.

Not really sure. I was under anesthesia but I got the impression it was closer to the new high school.

OOOH, I thought we were talking about in front of Wal Mart.

I have heard nothing.

Although my many talks with CFA have yielded, that they want to be in that area of County Line. But closer to 20 perhaps.

According to the permits in the window, it looks like a Carson's Grille is going in the old Tuesday Morning location in the Publix Shopping center on County Line. I've never been, but it looks like they have another location around Hampton Cove.

That place was terrible.

But at least its a local small business. I am sure someone must enjoy it, because they are expanding.
