In case you're in North Idaho and looking for something fun this weekend, the Montana Sanders County "Yard Saleing" is on for today (Friday June 23) and tomorrow (Sat.June 24). Highway 200 runs through Sanders Ct, and there will be yard sales all up and down the road. It starts in Heron (sometimes there are even stands starting in Clark Fork), and goes all the way to Plains on 200 and Hot Springs on 28. The link below has a map of the registered stands and businesses, but there are usually also impromptu sales from locals being set up. Look for signs along the road. Just remember that it is a Fri-Sat event only, not Sunday.

We can't make it to the event this year , but it's usually a lot of fun. So if you're in the Sandpoint area, drive on over to MT and see what kind of deals you can find!

Well, we finally made it. What a journey. Today I get my ID drivers license and change out my license plate. I'm sure there's been maybe a person or two from Sandpoint north to the border who's perhaps seen me driving around the last month.

I think that's the only Lexus I've ever seen with tow hooks.

And properly dirtied up, too! Looks right at home.

Thanks. "You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to Reziac again."

I'm about half done building my overlander.

Essentially an offroad rig with accommodations and equipment to camp self sustained without traditional a travel trailer or RV. Though I'll likely tow a small trailer instead of using a roof top tent or if we don't sleep inside.

Ah. A camping van without the van.

There's another reason why I love my bench seats. I just camp in my truck!
