Gettin caught a 2nd time here illegally IS a felony. Fake IDs are a felony. Many libs say what I just said so it aint just right wing people.
The interesting thing about the fake IDs is that many are not very well made. If one looks at them closely, one can tell they are fake. BUT employers don't look very closely. Frankly they don't want to.
Their very presence in this country is criminal. It is a criminal offense to be an illegal alien here as well as most other countries in the world.
Actually in the USA it's a civil offense (at least for the first time) - BUT it is a criminal offense to illegally cross the border.

as soon as you cross a border illegally, you are a criminal. guess what, crossing the US border is a criminal act, hence you are a criminal. the USA does not have open borders, much to the dismay of democrats and some republicans.
They can fairly be described as undocumented, illegal, alien immigrants.
