It's still illegal. Still wrong. Still harms social programs, hospitals, etc. Still overloads our public schools with children who's parents don't pay taxes to support it, and requires more staff to teach them English at the taxpayer's expense. Still allows violent criminals to enter our country. Whether they work hard for their money or not is irrelevant. But yeah, illegal immigration is great.

How hard they work for their money is irrelevant. They don't have a right to work here. They don't have the right to be here. In short they don't have the right to compete for jobs with legal residents or citizens.

If minimum wage does damage to one company's employment, what does condoning illegal immigration and hiring illegals do to the workforce in general?

well, by your logic, everytime you shop at walmart, you are putting americans out of work. ooops but i forgot, you probably never shop at walmart, like the other 99% who've never shopped there. or you only buy the products they sell which are made in the usa.

Close the business.

By the way, stupidest thread I have seen in a long time.

So should I break the law for my own benefit or not? Hmmmm

i could say the same thing about your post! incredibly short sighted for you to just suggest closing something which employs people, pays taxes and provides a product made here.

by your logic it would be better if i closed down, went on welfare, the illegals went to work for the millions of employers who would hire them, and we ended up buying our apples from brazil!

well thought out there!

Just what is "my logic" that makes me think that. Wasn't aware that you knew me that well. And yes, I do shop at Walmart. I don't always by things made here. No sure how that relates to me thinking it's wrong to illegally hire non citizens for less than minimum mage in the US.
