Right, our immigration laws are no big deal. Nor is the fact that illegal immigrants are costing us billions in tax dollars and the loss of American jobs. No big deal either that they are overcrowding our schools, jails and hospitals and depleting our resources natural and otherwise. Nothing to be concerned about here. Let's just move along.
I see you have no idea of what a crime is vs what a violation (infraction) is. A crime has Misdemeanor or Felony behind it, a violation, ie jaywalking, speeding, etc, is nothing more than a fine.
You have no idea that anything against the law is a crime. its against the law the jaywalk; whether a fine is paid or jail/prison time is offered.
Ever drove drunk? Lucky you didn't get caught? you still committed a crime.

Ever gone pineapple picking? There is no machine invented that can replace the 20-40 workers that work in a field to gather 300-400 pineapples each, in a day. They have to wear long sleeved shirts, thick gloves, scarves and hats, just to keep themselves protected harsh spines of the pineapple crowns, working with machetes/long knives to free the pineapple from the ground. it's been the same process of harvesting pineapples for 70 years and that process hasn't changed much in those years.

Anecdotal, I know several adults, who are children of illegal immigrants who were brought here when they were just children. They know nothing about their parent's country, and many care not to. Their country as far as they are concerned is America. They speak English, they communicate in English. And barely use or know the language of their parent's home country.
And for the 2nd time, this question has been avoided:
How would you like to be deported back to say Chile, if you were brought here by your parents at age 2? You know nothing about Chile, don't speak the language, don't even care about the politics of Chile, but you've contributed to American civilization by going to college and working, have friends and volunteer from time to time.
I may not like it but I would have to do what our laws dictate. Being here illegally whether forcibly or not makes one subject to deportaton. Speeding I get a ticket. The punishment fits the crime in both cases. Minor children in particular belong with their parents so the whole damned family can go back to their homeland together.

If you were brought here when you 2 years old, from chile, and you know nothing about Chile, the government, politics, and do not know the language, should you be deported to Chile?
The people who founded this country were criminals. People who fought for civil rights were criminals. Breaking a law doesn't make someone a vile person.

Why are you for subverting our laws on immigration? Why are you against deporting all people who illegally violated our sovereign borders? Why hasn't this guys parents become naturalized citizens the right lawful way, the American Way?
