OK, now i bet the others can see your persistent attempts to discredit me based on my banner which ain't nothing but six words stating my opinion on a subject which has little to do with immigration. I'm sure the regulars in this forum will still value my input and my experiences currently living in an area where immigration is a really hot issue.

Dont you have anything better to do with your life than jaw with a 19 yr old who lives on the other side of the country about six words that are just an expression of himself and personal experiences? Yes Blue Pekow, your words, 'fed up' and 'won't stand for it' are what will win our cause if we don't let down our guard down, if we refuse to be fooled anymore with double talk, but instead demand specific actions.
I have no problem understanding when someone says they hate illegals, and I have no problem understanding when someone says illegals are the cause of their 'displeasure'.
As far as your referring to yourself as 'US Americans', I'll take exception to that if you think that excludes someone who may hold some varient of what you express.
You and your view is not representative of all Americans, and I'd expect if you hew to the ideal that our country was founded on, you'd recognize that other Americans may decide an issue that you may have to ultimately respect, ......even if you don't completely agree with it.
Alanboy's view is representative of most all Americans now! He/we do not hate illegals as people, we do hate what they do/the deplorable effects their presence has on our finanical/medical/safety/social/eductation in our lives, it gets worse and worse. Don't play the hate/race card!
I don't think the candidates realize how strongly legal citizens feel about this issue. We need the border secured and law enforced. When the illegals realize the USA means business, they will act accordingly. Until that happens, I feel the entire situation is a joke. Whoever has the "guts" to step up to the plate and say the right thing will probably be the next president.
Securing the border will help get rid of crime and the drug traffic.

we got a big hole in the border where 80% of all USA illegal entry occurs (12 miles from my house) San Ysidro. you got to deal with the b4 anything. deportation is a meaningless term otherwise.
