The libs always ***** about Russian tourists coming over to give birth on Trumps property so their children can obtain US citizenship.
Well, here is your chance to end this libs.
It’s a win win for both conservatives and libs.
The libs’ beloved illegal aliens cannot drop off their anchor baby.
The conservatives’ beloved Russian tourists’ babies can not obtain citizenship.

The Democrats would object based on not wanting to end birthright citizenship for those born from parents south of our border here illegally giving birth on our soil. They would be a guaranteed Democrat voter when they are old enough to vote. The Russians, not so much.

I would have no objections to a change. But I doubt very much it is going to happen.
It may well be attempted but then the chaos will break out. And I think at this point it would be wise to turn it down. The actual language of such an amendment will prove very difficult. And the side effects will be substantial.
I think we could all agree to something workable if we could get rid of the 11 million illegals. If there was a few hundred thousands we would not have to fear implementing a secondary status for the US born. There is of course only one practical way to do that.
Yo,,,, Its not just your president that wants to do this. Its the many millions of people that elected him who want it too...You can not say it is just a TRUMP thing my man.
Trump’s blowing smoke out of his ass as usual. There’s no way in hell this will hold up in court. The 14th Amendment to the Constitution is very clear on this issue.
No its not....you just have been lead to think it is...

Actually, the 14th Amendment's wording is very clear that babies born from illegal alien parents are not birthright citizens. It's just been ignored by a PC policy.

You might be surprised how many Latinos do not want people following them in here, from the 'old' country ... and they vote Republican. Trump can change that though ... it seems he is working on it.
President Trump wants to end birthright citizenship! 14th is gone ... just because the BC says a person is born in the u.s. does not make them a citizen of the u.s. and they are in essence, Stateless, not subject to the jurisdiction of the u.s.
Such persons are NOT stateless. They are citizens/subjects of the same country as their parents.
Quote:
Mr. Trumbull ...
"Would the Senator from Wisconsin think for a moment of bringing a bill into Congress to subject these wild Indians with whom we have no treaty to the laws and regulations of civilized life? Would he think punishing them for instituting among themselves their own tribal regulations? Does the Government of the United States pretend to take jurisdiction of murders and robberies and other crimes committed by one Indian upon another? Are they subject to our jurisdiction in any sense? They are not subject to our jurisdiction. We do not exercise jurisdiction over them. It is only those persons who comecompletely within our jurisdiction, who are subject to our laws, that we think of making citizens; and there can be no objection to the proposition that such persons should be citizens."
Free to go ... owe no tax to the IRS.
Indians on tribal land in the US were subject to US laws as of 1885. The FBI has a long history on that and I'll post a link if you need the info. BUT, Indians were still NOT birthright US citizens until the Indian Citizen Act of 1924. A special legislative exception had to be made for them as they were born owing allegiance to a foreign sovereign, their respective tribal nations, and as such were NOT 14th Amendment birthright US citizens. NO such legislative exception has ever been made for the children of illegal aliens. They are born citizens/subjects of the same country as their illegal alien parents and therefore are NOT birthright US citizens. Plenty of historical and legal evidence supports exactly that. I've posted a brief excerpt numerous times.
Funny that the guy with the anchor baby children and the chain migrating parents-in-law takes such an interested in this. Meanwhile, his supporters don't get the irony. Then there's wife #3 who overstayed her visa but that's okay because some money changed hands to buy her a 'genius' visa for all of the languages that she doesn't actually know how to speak.
How is it that he's got such a loyal base? Because they've got Trump Derangement Syndrome. They've been conned and don't have a clue.
