I'm not saying it's ideal but it's better than companies failing because they can't compete globally with other companies that are able to better control their labor costs by outsourcing. For alot of companies it isn't greedy as much as it's survival.

On this subject, I think we will simply have to agree to disagree.

I hope you are planning on living in this squalor too or are you just happy to pass this mess onto the existing community while lining your pocket slum lord style?
So?

Slig, are you planning on living in the complex with the 15 Illegals to a 2 bedroom?

Do they count the income of Illegal Aliens? I'm thinking not. How would they?
Even if they didn't count illegal immigrants, they comprise such a small percentage that the data wouldn't really be different.

Also, was just near DT Escondido not too long ago, many of hipsters from N. Park are considering DT Escon...it may be the new hipster neighborhood of North County.

So all the crime stats, you know the impounded cars, the graffiti, the complaints plus other are being committed by hipsters?

Come on, you must be talking about a different Escondido than the media and Police are. Is Vista the new Del Mar? National City the new Palm Springs? Barrios are barrios.

No need as I own a single family home. If I was renting I can guarantee you I'd be living in the cheapest and crappiest apartment possible, I hate the concept of flushing rent money down the toilet.

As I thought, you are going to push your mess onto the existing neighborhood. How thoughtful. I'm sure the neighborhood thinks different.

What are you talking about? It's as if the insanity level increased again on you...let me TRY to bring you back to earth.

Okay first off, 15 illegals to an apartment? Wow, that's a tired stereotype.
Secondly, Escondido has crime that is relatively low. Thridly, I stated that there is an influx of those who seek a cheaper experience, yet want to be relatively close to SD.

I'm saying that obviously your view of Escondido contradicts that the crime stats and census paints...a relatively safe middle income community. Sure there are bad parts, but for the most part it's fine.

You may consider it “tired” but it is a fact. They pack several families into a single-family home or an apartment. I have witnessed it myself.

If you are giving people "advice" on living there at least be honest and tell them the areas to stay away from. Stay away from the grey areas.
