No. That's like saying 'irregardless' or 'all intensive purposes' are legitimate. Just because people misuse language doesn't mean that it's correct.

I'm sorry, but what I know is that "Anglo" is "white" or "English." I have no idea where you got that from.

Here in Arizona; any non Hispanic White person is considered to be an 'Anglo'...........even a brown skinned Italian. I am of 1/2 Hungarian lineage and am definitely counted as Anglo.
