Yes, same here. $250,000 per illegal hired plus 10 years in prison. Same sentence should be for the manager.
If they are not American citizens, their legal status should be reverted after 10 years in prison and deported to Argentina. (that way will take a lifetime walking back here)

By now, YES. If rape needs more penalty, that's a congress job. The first priority tho, is to fix our immigration problem. In fact, thousands of rapes have been commited by illegal aliens. So getting rid of them asap will automatically decrease the amount of rapes in the nation.

That logic is flawed. Thousands of rapes are committed by people, mostly men. Going by your logic, we should just purge all men from this country.

I'm not talking about rapes. I'm talking about illegal immigration. Every single illegal alien must be deported asap. If you think we have a problem with rapes, then call your representative or your senator and let him know. Rapes are not my priority right now.

You brought in out of nowhere the rape thing. But since you reminded me, there are thousands of rapist aliens; by logic, getting rid of all the illegals will get down the amount of rapes accross the nation.

The Sioux Falls restaurant manager who pleaded guilty to hiring illegal aliens has been sentenced.
Oscar Cadena received a $3000 fine for his part in hiring illegals to work at the Inca Mexican restaurant. On top of the fine, Cadena was also sentenced to four years of probation.
The restaurant's owner, Julio Espino, also pleaded guilty. He faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine when he's sentenced June 25th.

I think a fine of $10,000 per illegal hire should do the trick, in most small restaurants it would just about close them down which would teach the owner that the price to pay for HIM and not just the American public is stiff, when he sees his dreams washed away like the average blue collar American worker by the illegals I garauntee it will effect him. If they can't come up with the fines then I would propose jail time.

How is comparing the sentence of a rape to the sentence of hiring illegal aliens "out of nowhere"? It is clearly comparing how LOGICAL certain sentences are in ratio with the severity of the crime. My point was that your calling for a sentence of 10 years for hiring an illegal immigrant compared to the usual 5 years for a RAPE is just ridiculous. And do you even have data to back up your claims that the illegals are having a significant impact in the number of rapes in the country?

Comparison with another sentences, again, is not my job. I'm not a senator, yet. My interest and priority as an American, is our trgedy number one, illegal criminal immigration. And that is the sentence I demend for them.
