So, did you win???? That's the BIG question. The BIG comment is: HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!!!
We did not win, but we only lost $100. I lost $50 and he lost $50. It could have been worse, but it was easy come easy go. I will win it back on New Years eve.
And thanks for the Anniversary wishes. I just hope we can survive another __ (<---insert guess here) years together. It already feels much longer! lol

I hope some others can find English Dave and his wife before they return to England. I think they leave to go home around Nov.3rd. Should make dynimage go find them since he works down there. Each time I tried to find HIM, I could not either. I think he uses his invisibility cloak to hide from me.

I wore levis with flip flops instead of shorts today. Plus I had to turn on the car heater to keep the convertible top down, does that count as cold?

I love complaining when it's cold here. No! NO!!! It's only 80 during the day....break out the jackets...sit by the fire...break out the hot coco!

This is why I love Vegas!

Funny VL! lol Not that long! But if feels like it sometimes!

As for the weather today, thursday, I wore jeans, slip on shoes, and a short sleeved blouse. Brought my sweater with me just in case, since after the sun went down it got quite nippy. It was also chilly in the shade around 4:30p.m.
This time of year it can be warm during the day, but when the sun goes down, the temperature drops like a rock. I love this time of year.

Me too. It's perfect as I like to be cooler when I sleep but warm to enjoy the day. As long as that sneaky devil Mr. Wind stays in line even winter can be enjoyable.

l love our mostly blue sunny skies all winter...can't beat that

If it weren't for the unpredictable wind, I wouldn't have to take all these precautions when I set out to take a walk at nite with my ferret. But this is the time of the year I take a stocking cap along, tie a jacket around my waist, just in case. Another a month, or sooner, I'll be bringing out my long underwear!

But I'm a night shifter, I do all my walking early morning hours, the coldest part of the day. Another half-hour, 2 am, I'll be off for my walk!
