I dont mind the cool weather honestly, its actually a nice change from what seemed like an endless summer. The sun, is still real hot though

Talked to my older brother in New Milford, CT and they are getting snow in October

Feels good to be in Las Vegas

I wonder if jfk.saw any snow since he is just a stones throw away from NW.Connecticut

Just some flurries and dusting that melted the next day...The so-called Nor-easter hits tomorrow night. This isn't right...there's still trees that have colored leaves hanging on them!

Heyla, gang.

I just dropped by to inform you all that, sadly, I failed my final road test at trucking school. Oh well, I've got other irons in the fire. If push comes to shove I'll be working the Strip with my wife.

So, what'd I miss?

l love our mostly blue sunny skies all winter...can't beat that

This devil Mr. Wind, how bad is it? Ive heard things, but im just wondering how bad it gets and what time of year is it at its worst? Checking weather.com it shows a 5-10 mph wind for the 5 day forecast, so im just curious because thats not too bad. Thanks!

That sucks man. Sorry to hear that. There's no way to retake it?

No, that was my last chance. I passed the pre-trip inspection the first time, the range test after three attempts, and failed the road after two attempts. I've gotten better on each attempt, but there's only so much that they can do. On the bright side, I can drive a manual transmission now.
