Hey guys I got a new phone with much better data service. I got an android phone through sprint for a real great rate so I have a $60 a month as opposed to most android users who pay $100+ oftsn times. I'm doing very well at telemarketing a.d I have a very hot prospect, a potentail $6000+ sale. Things are going sooo well. Good to be back on cd

To tij and lvd, you guys both live in my part of town and work at night and do not deal with the horrendous traffic I'm forced. To deal with and lvd you always told me I needed to "stay central" for my "own good" but a decent commute time is just as important
My new job is by Russell and Decatur which even though its 7 miles from my house, it takes 40 minutes because of strip area traffic. Centennial hills is 20 miles and takes 20 minutes without speeding on 95 or 15

Traffic on and around the strip often comes to a grinding halt for NO REASON other than simply being trigger happy on the brake pedal. Maryland and flamingo (or as I sarcastically and grudgingly refer to it as the fabulous flamingo) is THE WORST of all. I avoid that light AT ALL COSTS.

Back to commute times, id much rather have a 20 min commute as opposed to a 40 min one that is 1/3 the distance. CH has its biggest advantge...low traffic.

Not to mention, when you get to your destination, well CH is just a nicer place to relax and unwind!

I am glad to see you are doing well. I saw quite a few people on here (not me) trying to talk you out of this job and I am glad you proved them wrong. You might also look into living around Tropicana/Flamingo and Durango/Fort Apache area. It would be very close to your work and is very nice.

Ah yes, I know that intersection. You can honestly wait at that light for more than 5 minutes if you aren't up front in the line of cars.
