American Roadside in Smithtown was underwhelming. I will check this place out. Also, just opening last week was Fosters Grille in Nesconset, on Smithtown Blvd just before Old Nicholls if you are heading east. Similar restaurant, etc. Was much better than American Roadside.

Fosters: better burger than 5 guys, fries not as good. Very smokey in there.

I know for a fact that there IS a Fatburger in Massapequa and there is going to be a Five Guys in Huntington Station.

I'll admit I've been getting my burger fix at TGIFridays... their Jack Daniels burger is good but you pay a lot for a non-fast-food place like that. I'm glad to hear there's a fatburger here too - had one in Vancouver. 10mi. might be a bit far to drive for a burger though. In-and-out in CA was good... needs more east coast action. I'll prob check out Five Guys in Levittown tomorrow.

I went to the Five Guys in Long Beach recently... I don't really like burgers that much. So, I didn't really like Five Guys... But if your into Burgers maybe you can find some novelty in the place... Its better that McDonald Burgers... Kind of one par with All-American burgers in Massapequa.
