Those are bubble-era prices. In the last DQNews chart, South Gate comes in at $300k, Compton at $230k, and Lynwood at $270k.

That said, if you want to find Not Rich whites in California, first look at the city-data stats for California and realize that the state is like 35% white (add in tens of millions of illegals) or less. Of that 35%, subtract Jews and whoever else is classified as white, but not really.

So you have maybe 10% of California that's "white". Now what? Is the op suggesting that all the working class whites, the very backbone of America, has left California? He's right. They did. Look at California now! What a wasteland!
This is simply brilliant and priceless in that CALIFORNIA is the only place on PLANET EARTH that has (2) ALPHA WORLD CLASS CITIES. New York State Has (1) NYC...Illinois Has (1) Chicago The Countries Of Japan Has (1) Tokyo England Has (1) London Germany Has (1) Frankfurt China Has (1) Hong Kong and last but not least Singapore Has (1) Singapore....California is the most powerful and riches State Of These United States Of America...And even The World..Sic..Nice Try But You Get No Cigar "Buddy".

I listed the medium to higher prices. The foreclosure listings are even lower. Actually, the highest priced house I saw in Compton was $950,000.

"the very backbone of America". Hey! of lot of the hardwork in America was done by Black, brown, yellow americans. Sheesh! It gets me when whites use terms like "backbone of American", "real America", "middle America" as if the terms only apply to them. DOUBLE SHEESH!
