Thanks for correcting me though my mind was more on things like by laws like a condo association. I know there aren't any state statues regarding these programs.

The ruling hasn't been given out yet and we are already getting close to having a riot in this thread.

Right, and it is like laws of a condo association and those laws and rules would be important in civil court but not criminal court.

What are we going to steal? Reps?

Seriously though. Whatever the verdict is I am all for protest, marches etc.. As long as no one gets hurt and there is no property damage.

I'm going to be honest... I love when people do manifestations in cities. It makes the city feel vibrant and interesting... like, at least something is happening.

I wish we had protests (big ones) in Miami at least once a month. I understand there are manifestations in Buenos Aires almost every month...?

I'm not talking about guerilla confrontations with guns and molotovs... that I don't like.

Back in the 80's and 90's the racial tension was palpable in Miami. I don't feel any of that now, but there probably will be minimal rioting. Just a bunch of teenager that don't know any better, releasing some grief.

I think protests are effective when you express exactly what you want to change. I just don't know what people are gonna be protesting about... Self defense laws? Judicial systems? And before protesting we might want to consider all the implications of those changes.

I don't expect riots. I think it's more likely than not that there aren't any but I know the Police Depts are ready and it would not shock me if there were any. I sure hope there are none.
They were not going to let anyone steal their cocaina!

Right, because all Cubans are drug dealers and drug users.

there is no need for protest.. this case should have never gone to court. the evidence proves that..... both were in the wrong... if trayvon was white.. nothing would have happened... if zimmerman died nothing would have happened. simple really. if zimmerman was black and trayvon white nothing would have happened.

the case is not about race... and that is exactly what al shaprton, jesse what ever and majority of the trayvon supporters are basing it on, which is the whole reason it went to court.. main stream media riled people up for nothing.. to benefit them selves and put others in danger.
