Brookfield condo subdivisions
Hello!
My husband and I are interested in finding out more about condo subdivisions in Brookfield...any good ones that might be recommended that have newer construction/updated interiors, and a nice community feel with amenities like common social areas, pool, tennis courts, etc.?
We liked Brookfield and its proximity to Milwaukee, but have not been able to find too many nice condo subdivisions that are family/kid friendly? Are condos not as popular as single family homes in Brookfield?
Thank you for your inputs!

Why Brookfield? I ask because it's no safe-haven these days. There are some better choices of areas that would be more Kid Friendly. Throwing your's into Brookfield Schools may just be worse than you can imagine.
Most New Development is going on out the 94 corridore in Waukesha County as Brookfield is kind of over grown. It's newer develompent is happening near to Capial Drive and that is hardly in any easy proximity to Milwaukee.
Do yourself a favor, Check out Delafield area as it's only a bit further down the highway and has plenty to offer. All the Lake Country area is above average. If you are looking to Drive in to town then it doesn't matter too much as there is hardly much Rush Hour and there is GREAT Bus Service in from the outlying areas.

No condos are not as popular...especially for families with kids. I'm hard-pressed to name any complexes like you mentioned, though I imagine they exist. My mom is in a condo in Brookfield and it seems like residents are mostly retired or newlyweds. (I'm sure there are exceptions to that)
Think house, if you can!
The Brookfield schools are still highly regarded. Crime is low, too. Good luck!

If I were you I would check out the Clearwater Bay condos..the ones built in 1995 are less community orianted but i think you would like the new ones near Calhoun Rd.
