Sounds like another typical Zack Snyder movie. All spectacle and special effects but no real story. Another 120+ minute video game from Zack Snyder. I'm disappointed but not surprised.
I know you're a fanboy but go ahead and reel it in. It's not that everyone else is wrong, it's that DC can't get it's **** together. We all want these movies to be good.
Why wouldn't I go see it? I already have my ticket for tomorrow night.
I remember a time when people, like those of us who post frequently to this thread, wouldn't care what the so-called critics had to say.
Most of the reviews, since I won't read them all (you know, spoilers), seem to have a problem with the film's tone and Bat-violence. If anything, it makes me want to see the movie more.
Btw, Comic Book Resources is a fan-driven site and they pretty much each eat up All Things Marvel.

When did I tell you not to see it?

But let's not pretend you wouldn't be posting every single positive review if the reviews were good. You were posting the ticket pre-sale numbers like they were articles about the cure for cancer.

But that's not what most of the reviews are complaining about. They're complaining about the movie taking itself too seriously to the point of it being no fun, feeling way too long, the plot being a mess, and some of the characters being poorly handled. Again, I know you're a fanboy but just reel it in.

I think what's going on here is that the stakes are so high and this film had promos shown online from so early that is's almost reached the level of Star Wars mania. As per my previous post this is very unlikely to flop money wise based on the anticipation. Best bet is just hit the cinema and see it.
I think it looks killer and personally I am stoked!
