I'm not much of a baker, but I do love to cook. I probably do 90% of the cooking. I am reasonably good at cooking bread, but still looking for the perfect baguette recipe. Hopefully someday soon I can participate in your contest. Song and Chile it sure sounds like a lot of fun. I do make a mean (so I have been told) chocolate orange cheesecake!

I haven't gotten the recipe for it yet. It's supposed to be mailed to me from Charlies sister.

No kidding on the difference from here to there. Guess I am going to have to try it out when I get there.. Will have the neighbors over for pie
