No they have not. They are still working on community board preference. Plenty of apartments left to be filled.

Does anyone know what the minimum credit score is for qualification? Mine is 750, but my husband's 660. I am worried that his score will affect us.

I just got a letter that they need additional information like 2013 tax returns and pay stubs.
does that mean that they checked the credit score?

Is this the first time they are contacting you?

Seems like they are updating your information because it's been over 3 months. From my understanding they wouldn't run a credit check until you give them the money order that pays for it during your in person interview.

May I ask what range your log # is? 20,000s or 40,000s?

We just received the same letter requesting we bring similar documents to our first interview in a few weeks. We're hoping it goes well, from my understanding we won't know till a few weeks after the interview.

Hello!
I received a response and actually went to the interview. They are extremely tedious about things but i'm still complying with their request. Not only did the want what they had listed but after the interview I had 3 days to fax in a notarized letter saying my parents wont move with me, a letter from my old employer saying I don't work with them anymore (although my bank statements clearly shows I get paid by my new employer for the past 9 months), and even a chart explaining any small change I deposited to my bank that didn't have a source (I.e. I would have my piggy bank money changed & deposit 10-15 bucks every so often). Even after i faxed these things, they still want it mailed AND they will be mailing a letter to my old employer, my new employer and my father with a form they need to send back.

despite all these requests (& more!) I'm still not 100% I even got the place. So be prepared!
