Best of luck to you, I am still feeling positive and very lucky to have gotten this far, wait until you see the show unit. It will take your breath away, keep us in the loop of how it goes, hopefully we will be neighbors! What size unit are you going for?

Anybody here middle income that signed up for a studio? I will probably be looking at apartments later this week, and want to know what the selection will be like. Have they given most of them away already?

I agree the show units are breathtaking. We were shown a 2 bedroom 2 bath corner unit with no obstructed views.

The apts with unobstructed views are OK, however it would of been ideal with bigger rooms. However, the waiting period and uncertainty when your unit will be available at Commons is the worst part to all of this puzzle, since my lease will be up.

The show unit we saw was really nice, I am assuming because of the price tag. They didn't give you an estimated move in date? They gave us one for the end of November..

For what floor, did they give you an estimate move-in date? They moved the original move in date from July 15, 2015 to sometime in August. Who knows?
