I've recently had my file sent to HPD last week for the Clark. I signed an asset verification form and there was a unit number assigned to me. I was tild I should get an answer by today but niw they're saying it may take a couple of montha to hear back even though the building is ready to be moved in. Is that typical? My lease at my current apt is almost up so I'm wondering if I should try for a month to month lease or an air bnb and have my things in storage. I just worry having to have gone through that whole process and not get the apt.
